Pricing
Minimum stay: 3 nights
3–6 nights: $190 per night
7+ nights: $170 per night ($1190/wk)
Refundable Security Deposit: $300
Cleaning Fee (Non-refundable): $75
Payment Terms
To secure your reservation, a deposit of 50% of the total rental amount is due at the time of booking.
The remaining 50% balance is due 7 days prior to your arrival.
Cancellation & Refunds
If you cancel at least 14 days before your scheduled arrival, your deposit will be fully refunded.
If you cancel less than 14 days before your arrival, the deposit is non-refundable.
If cancellation occurs after the full balance has been paid (within 7 days of arrival), we will not be able to offer a refund unless we are able to rebook the apartment for your dates. In such cases, a partial refund may be issued at our discretion.
Security Deposit Policy
The security deposit is collected to ensure the apartment and all its furnishings remain in excellent condition for all guests. It serves as a safeguard against any incidental costs, including damage to furniture, bedding, fixtures, or other items provided in the apartment upon your arrival.
If any damage occurs during your stay, the deposit will be used to cover the cost of repairs, replacements, or deep cleaning beyond normal wear and tear. In cases where no such costs are incurred, the full deposit will be refunded upon check-out. Our goal is to maintain a comfortable and well-kept space for every guest, and we appreciate your cooperation in treating the apartment with care.
If there are no damages, excessive cleaning needs, or missing items, the full deposit will be refunded. Once the apartment has been inspected after check-out, the deposit will be returned within 3 business days through the same payment method used for the initial transaction. If any deductions are necessary, we will provide a detailed explanation along with photos and applicable receipts.
The cleaning fee is obligatory of all renters.
