We are happy to invite you to our great apartment in the heart of a classic Brooklyn Italian neighborhood in East Williamsburg. This place is a gem. A really special place.
The apartment has been newly renovated and is fully equipped with all the essentials for a comfortable stay. Perched on the third floor, you'll wake up to great sunlit views of Brooklyn rooftops from your windows. A perfect pied-à-terre for exploring New York City or for relaxing in a quiet corner of the Big Apple.
Our neighborhood is quiet and friendly. Within a few blocks, you'll find Thai, Italian, Mexican, Japanese, Lebanese, classic pizzerias, bagel shops, delis, a homemade pasta factory, empanadas, neighborhood bakeries, delis, wine stores, gift shops, and great cafes. Nightclubs, rooftop lounges, and upscale shopping are also within walking distance.
The apartment is centrally located to the three mmost trendy neighborhoods in Brooklyn: Williamsburg, Greenpoint, and Bushwick. You can stroll along the East River waterfront, discover the trendy shops in Williamsburg or the vintage stores of Bushwick. Explore the contemporary arts mecca that is Bushwick, relax in the parks and restaurants of Greenpoint...
Then, there's Manhattan.
Walk just a few steps to either Graham St or Lorimer St. stations and catch the subway into Manhattan which is just three stops away! You'll be there in around 10 minutes!
The apartment was completely renovated in December. It's quaint. Simply decorated. Quintessential Brooklyn. We even have a Warhol poster that we got at a sidewalk sale and a collage of original photos on the wall. Special note, the bathroom is typically NYC small and does not have a sink. Just use the kitchen sink.
Hey, it's Brooklyn! You'll love it.
Welcome!

Williamsburg - the neighborhood is a trendy, fashionable, and eclectic neighborhood unlike anything else in New York City. Here's what Conde Nast writes in its guide to the neighborhood:
"It's trendy, it's young... In this Brooklyn neighborhood, you'll find vintage and artisan shops, an intimate indie music scene, and of course, very good brunch. Hip, but a slower-paced than many parts of Manhattan, it produces a mood change as you emerge from the L train to wide open sky, unobstructed by towers. The bustle of the city melts away, but the freshness and creativity stays."
Domino Park, is a 5-acre public park located along the East River. Built on the site of the former Domino Sugar Refinery, the park is a great place to relax after exploring Williamsburg. Old meets new with great walkways and amazing views of Manhattan. A great place to watch the sunset over the iconic NYC bridges.
Prospect Park: a thriving natural escape filled with gardens, promenades, trails, and events. (Designed by Fredrick Olmstead famously known for also designing Central Park.)
BAM! The Brooklyn Academy of Music: A dynamic, thriving art center located at the heart of Downtown Brooklyn, featuring opera, theater, dance, music and films.
The Brooklyn Museum. The second largest museum in NYC, the Brooklyn Museum is known for its special exhibits, cultural events and its sprawling arts collection with roughly 1.5 million works
The Brooklyn Botanic Garden: The 52-acre garden holds over 14,000 plant species and hosts almost a million visitors a year.
Barbes: Simply put, this is the best "small" live music venue in the city. My absolute favorite. It reminds me of the small, intimate venues in New Orleans where I grew up. Worth the drive (20 minutes from the apartment in Park Slope.)
There is so much more to discover in Brooklyn. You'll fall in love with it. We'd be happy to share more recommendations.
